- We work together by telephone or face-to-face if you are local. Overseas? No problem ~ we’ll Skype! It’s free to download, easy to use and enables you to experience coaching from anywhere in the world!
- You’ll have priority email support between calls.
- I’ll ask you to complete some questions before each session, to make the most of our time together.
- Each session will focus on what you find to be most beneficial, whether a specific challenge, opportunity you are facing or an area you’d like to make some changes in.
- You will decide what actions you will take before the next session to move you forward toward your goals.
- Typically, we will connect once a week for a 45-minute session.
- Sessions are available in packages of four. The total number is entirely up to you, based upon your current goals, challenges and what you would like to gain in the process.
- You will likely notice positive benefits within the first few sessions; however, these develop into deeper and lasting change over time. The 12 week package is optimal and provides not only, the best value, but also the highest potential of incremental change.

Therefore, I offer a free “Exploratory” one-on-one coaching call that allows you an opportunity to experience how it works. First, I’ll send you a Discovery Questionnaire that will provide a two-fold benefit. It will help you get clear about which challenge/opportunity you would like to discuss and what results you are looking for from your call. It will help me assess where you are in your business and what challenges you would like to remove from your path.
